We encourage individuals looking for time away from home distractions, new businesses looking to minimize overhead or established businesses who just need temporary office space from time to time to come in and see what we have to offer. A limited number of annual memberships are available to lock in a dedicated 6-hour/day block of time assigned to the individual or business member to use at a set rate, as the rental time costs may fluctuate during peak usage periods for first come, first served walk-ins.
